Choose books that expand your knowledge, challenge your perspective, and spark new ideas. My journey started with Robert Greene’s The Laws of Human Nature, which gave me clarity and perspective. 

Curate Your Listening Habits – Podcasts and audiobooks are incredible tools for growth, especially if you have a busy schedule. Whether you’re driving, working out, or doing chores, choose content that challenges and inspires you. Listen to thought leaders who push you to think bigger and aim higher. I personally have listened to over 200 hours of mindset growth and personal development podcasts in the last year. Everyone from Mel Robbins to Andrew Huberman to Lewis Howes.

Audit Your Social Media Diet – Your digital environment affects your mindset more than you realize. If your feed is filled with negativity, drama, or meaningless distractions, it’s time to clean house. Unfollow accounts that drain your energy and replace them with content that educates, motivates, and aligns with your goals. I have found TikTok to be a GOLDMINE of brilliant people, incredible artists, and endless educational content. You just have to be on the right side of TikTok. 

Engage in Meaningful Conversations – The people you talk to daily influence your thoughts, so choose wisely. Surround yourself with those who inspire you, challenge you, and encourage your growth. Seek out discussions that stimulate your mind and push you to think critically.

What you feed your mind becomes the foundation of your thoughts, beliefs, and actions. If you fill it with junk, your outlook and decision-making will reflect that. But if you intentionally nourish it with wisdom, inspiration, and knowledge, you’ll build a mindset that can take you anywhere. The choice is yours: Are you feeding your mind with fast food or soul food?
